Preparation for the Interview
Congratulations on making it this far! Your selection to the interview round is a reflection of the potential you have to contribute meaningfully to Project Glasshouse.
This interview is not an examination. We are not looking for the person who knows the most neuroscience, writes the best poetry, or has the strongest programming background.
We are looking for people who are highly ambitious and have high agency
We recommend that applicants familiarize themselves with the goals of Project Glasshouse, reflect on why they are interested in working at the intersection of poetry, neuroscience, and artificial intelligence, and be prepared to discuss any relevant projects, research, writing, technical work, or experiences they have previously undertaken.
Interviewers may ask about your approach to learning, collaboration, research, and problem-solving, as well as your interest in dementia care and human-centered technology.
No specialized preparation is required, however applicants can be assessed on basic prior expertise in their particular discipline. We encourage candidates to approach the conversation thoughtfully, authentically, and with a genuine willingness to engage with new ideas.
We look forward to learning more about you and your potential contribution to Project Glasshouse.
